Oksana Sinkova started her music journey at the young age of nine. Since then, she has won awards at fourteen competitions worldwide. Working as a professional orchestra musician, she has made a large number of recordings for Estonian Radio archive, participated as a judge in several young artists' music competitions while continuously performed recitals and chamber music concerts. She is known in Estonia as a virtuoso flutist and has received brilliant feedback in Estonian cultural media. She has played nearly all of the available flute repertory. She’s made numerous arrangements of virtuoso violin music for the flute. She is co-founder of Trio Madrigale and the Tartu Wind Quintet and a member of the Association of Estonian Professional Musicians.
