Tanel Ruben has become one of Estonia’s most influential and famous jazz drummers, known as an extremely active and versatile musician. Tanel Ruben & Victoria: A Sentimental Call was the first album with Tanel himself being both the producer and the composer. The music on that record sought a contact between acoustic jazz and club music. It resulted in an original point of view on nu jazz, which got a lot of positive feedback from the audience as well as the critics.

Duo Tanel Ruben & Victoria mängib muusikat, mille stiilimääratluseks on nu-jazzz. Pärast esikalbumi ”A Sentimental Call” (2003) peetud loomingulist pausi, on bänd viimasel jal taas uut indu saanud ning uusi ideid eksponeerimas. Liidriks ja muusika loojaks endiselt Tanel Ruben samethäälseks vokalistiks Victoria.

Tallinn Music Weeki peatoetaja Skype’i poolt viiendat aastat välja antava auhinna võitjaks valiti sel korral Elephants From Neptune – üks hetke kuumemaid rokkbände Eestis, kes just sõlmis lepingu Soome muusikaagentuuriga Fullsteam Agency. Koos maineka tiitliga Skype’s Go Change the World Award kaasneb bändile ka €3500 suurune rahaline preemia.

Üks hetke kuumimaid rokkbände Eestis, Elephants From Neptune, sõlmis lepingu Soome muusikaagentuuriga Fullsteam Agency. Bänd lindistab hetkel teist osa oma EP-de triloogiast ning esitleb seda peagi ka Eestis. Lisaks ootab elevante ees esimene kontsert Inglismaal.
